Learning Pool’s Post

We’re excited to announce that we have officially acquired Confirm an AI-first people development platform, to help organizations turn workforce potential into measurable growth. 🎉 The goal is simple: Remove the guesswork from workforce development. Most talent decisions are still based on perception rather than evidence. By integrating Confirm’s AI-driven insights into the Learning Pool ecosystem, we’re giving leaders the data they need to identify hidden gems, bridge skills gaps, and drive real-world productivity. This acquisition shifts the focus from traditional training metrics to actionable intelligence that fuels commercial success. From Fortune 500s to high-growth scale-ups, our combined solution ensures customers can stop guessing and start making smarter decisions about who to develop, promote, and retain. Welcome to the team, Confirm! 🤝 Read the full announcement here: https://lnkd.in/gGXT6rEw #LearningPool #Confirm #EmployeePerformance #PeopleDevelopment #EdTech #AI

An amazing product and such a perfect fit for what we're building 🚀

This is the kind of move that can reshape an industry. I’ve been a fan of Confirm for a long time because I’ve seen how powerful their approach is firsthand. They’re not just improving performance management - they’re redefining it. Bringing that capability into the Learning Pool ecosystem creates an incredible opportunity to help organizations make smarter talent decisions, develop people more effectively, and unlock potential at scale. Excited to see where this goes. Big congratulations to both teams. Excited to have you and the team officially on board David Murray!

Learning + Performance. Finally the chance to connect the right dots. Banish the struggles with measuring the ROI of learning and constantly struggling with the "so what?" struggle that pains L&D teams. No more, "now what?" problems that come with siloed performance management solutions that are disconnected from the capabilities that help employees close gaps and improve performance.

Big move! The shift from measuring learning activity to measuring capability and business impact feels increasingly inevitable. The real differentiator will probably be turning insight into action, not just dashboards into more dashboards.

So excited about this new addition! It’s going to completely elevate how we help our clients to support their workforce 🤩

I am so personally delighted with this acquisition to the Learning pool portfolio. First of all David Murray has more passion for this space than anyone I’ve ever met and I can’t wait to learn from you! Secondly, the tool itself having been using it for a number of months is sensational. Being able to take this to a larger audience is a privilege.

I have experienced a few performance management tools over the years and Confirm is by far the most superior, not only for it's clever use of technology but the conscientious thought behind each process - keeping every individual employee at the heart of every product decision - thanks to the personal input from David Murray and his close team of rockstars. Delighted to have you as part of the Learning Pool family.

Here we are yet again with a huge announcement that changes the game. This is one of those moments I have been waiting a long time for and cannot wait to bring together learning and performance management for scaling orgs. It just makes sense and will make such a difference to those scaling businesses and their people. Plus David Murray and the gang are such lovely people.

A fantastic addition to the Learning Pool portfolio. The link between learning and performance has never been more important, and bringing Confirm onboard helps create a more connected employee experience where development truly drives business results 🔥
