Last week, I was part of the 5% impacted by LinkedIn’s reduction in workforce. While it’s never easy to say goodbye, I can honestly say that my 11 years at LinkedIn have been nothing short of incredible. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented, thoughtful, and inspiring people, and I will deeply miss being part of a company and culture that shaped so much of my professional journey. But more than anything, I will miss partnering with the amazing clients and relationships I’ve built over the past 11 years. It has truly been the most rewarding part of my career. I’m walking away with immense gratitude, lifelong friendships, and so many memories that I’ll always carry with me. I’ve always believed that things happen for a reason, and while I’m not entirely sure what’s next yet, I’m excited for the pause before the next adventure begins. For now, I’ll be spending the summer celebrating my daughter after her college graduation, saying yes to a little more travel, a little more golf, training/playing with Millie, who asked me not to work, and maybe even a few unexpected opportunities along the way. Sometimes the best chapters start when you don’t have the whole plan written yet. ✨ To everyone who has been part of this chapter with me: thank you. ❤️ #nextplay
