Everyone's talking about AI, but few are talking about why so many AI projects fail to deliver meaningful outcomes. The difference often isn't in the model, but the context. If you're building, scaling, or investing in AI-enabled products, this webinar explores a critical question: how do you move from AI that simply responds to AI that truly understands users, customers, and their journey? Join the team from inQuba for a practical discussion on context engineering, AI ROI, and what happens when AI is grounded in real customer data rather than generic prompts. Expect real-world insights, a live demonstration, and a fresh perspective on what separates AI experimentation from AI impact. The session is tomorrow at 16:00 SAST. Why AI Projects Fail to Deliver Meaningful Outcomes

Everyone wants AI in their product right now. But most founders are asking the wrong question. ❌ “How do we add AI?” The better question is: ✅ “Where does AI actually create value for our users?” Because adding AI just because it’s trending usually leads to: • Expensive API bills • Poor user experience • Slow product performance • Features nobody actually uses We’ve seen teams try to force AI into products where simple automation would have worked better. AI is not just a feature checkbox. It’s a product decision. When done right, AI can help with: → Smart workflows → Conversational experiences → Personalized recommendations → Process automation → Faster internal operations But the implementation matters just as much as the idea. The real question founders should ask: “Will this genuinely improve the product experience?” Curious — what’s the most useful AI use case you’ve seen in a SaaS product recently? #AI #SaaS #Startups #ProductDevelopment #AIProducts #SoftwareDevelopment #StartupFounders #AppsTechy

A lot of teams are building with AI right now. But many of these projects never make it to real impact. Why? Because they are built as experiments, not as products. AI by itself does not create value. Without product thinking, it ends up being a cool demo that no one uses. What actually works is simple: Start with a real user problem Design the workflow, not just the model Define clear outcomes Build tight feedback loops That is when AI starts driving real value. At Stack Mantra, we focus on bringing AI and product thinking together so it actually shows up in the product experience. Monday Mantra: AI needs product thinking. If you are exploring AI but not seeing real impact yet, this is probably why. #AI #ProductThinking #ProductEngineering #Startups #Automation #StackMantra

We shipped AI faster by shipping less AI. Sounds like a paradox, right? But hear me out. A client came to us drowning in over-engineered AI features massive models, endless custom layers, and a swamp of data pipelines that barely kept up. They needed to launch in 3 months, not 3 years. So we stripped everything back. Cut the fat. Focused on the core AI that actually delivered value quickly. No shiny extras, no “what-ifs,” just the essentials. Result? Their product hit the market 2 months earlier than planned, with 40% less development cost. And guess what? Users loved the simpler, faster experience. Over-engineering AI isn’t just expensive, it’s a trap. Sometimes shipping less means delivering more faster, cheaper, more reliable. Where could you simplify? #AI #Startups #ProductDevelopment #SaaS #HyggeSoftware #LeanTech #Innovation #TechLeadership

Here's a stat that should scare every business investing in AI: 95% of enterprise AI pilots never reach production. I've seen this firsthand. Companies spend $50K-$200K on AI proofs of concept that sit in a demo environment forever. The gap between "cool demo" and "working in production" is where projects go to die. The difference between the 5% that succeed and the 95% that don't? → They pick agent-ready workflows (not moonshot projects) → They deploy on real data from day one (not sanitized test sets) → They build human-in-the-loop from the start (not as an afterthought) → They measure ROI in weeks, not quarters At Coldstart, we only take on projects where we know agents can deliver measurable results fast. That means saying no to a lot of exciting but impractical ideas. The boring deployments are the ones that actually work. Curious about exploring AI for your business? Adding AI is not a strategy; most AI products fail before they even start: They don’t define memory. They don’t define decision logic. They simply plug in a model and hope it works. What happens next? Inconsistent behavior, zero trust, no real usage... AI is not your product. System design is. The difference is simple: One improvises. The other delivers. If you’re building something with AI, don’t just add it. Design it. Take your idea to the next level. #productdevelopment #startups #ai #buildfast #VelocityStudio

The biggest mistake businesses make with AI? Starting with the technology. The best AI solutions don't begin with: ❌ Models ❌ Frameworks ❌ Fancy demos They begin with a problem. The question isn't: "How can we use AI?" It's: "What process are we trying to improve?" The companies seeing real results from AI focus on workflows first and technology second. Technology is the tool. The business problem is the opportunity. #AI #Startups #ProductDevelopment

"I’m offering free AI automation audits this week" Most businesses don’t need more tools. They need to fix what’s already slowing them down. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been looking at different workflows and the same pattern keeps showing up: Manual follow-ups Delayed replies Repetitive tasks eating up hours every day Not complicated problems just things no one has stepped back to fix. So this week, I’m doing something simple. I’m offering a few free AI automation audits. No pitch. No pressure. Just a quick breakdown of: 1. where time is being lost 2. what can be automated 3. and what’s actually worth fixing first If you’ve been thinking about using AI but don’t know where to start this might help. Drop a comment or DM me “AI” and I’ll share the details #AI #AIAutomation #BusinessGrowth #Startups #Automation #Productivity

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰 A lot of people think building AI products is about choosing the right model. It’s not. 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬. Instead of asking “What can AI do here?” We ask “What outcome should this system handle end-to-end?” That shift changes everything. At #Exec9, we focus on: → Clear input → processing → output flow → Handling messy, real-world data → Fallback logic when AI fails (because it will) → Making the system reliable, not just smart The real challenge isn’t intelligence. It’s making that intelligence usable, predictable, and scalable. That’s what actually makes an AI product work in production. AI is impressive. But often… not very useful. You can ask it to write, explain, generate, and it will do it well. But something is usually missing. Context. Your pricing, your clients, your workflows, your history. Without that, AI is simply guessing. That’s why outputs often feel generic, even when they sound correct. We believe the real value of AI begins when it works with your data, not just prompts. That’s the direction we’re building toward with Skapi and BunnyQuery. Not just generating content, but helping you actually use what you already have. Curious, how are you using AI today? As a tool, or as part of your system? #AI #SoftwareDevelopment #FutureOfWork #Startups #BuildInPublic

Just explored something really interesting — an open-source AI tool called Clicky. It’s not your typical chatbot. It actually sees your screen, listens to you, and guides you in real time — even pointing to where you should click. Feels less like using AI… and more like having a mentor sitting right next to you. Huge respect to the creator Farza for building this. I also created a quick demo video to explore what it can actually do in real-world scenarios 👇 Planning to build something on top of this idea soon — will share when it’s ready. #AI #OpenSource #Innovation #DeveloperTools #FutureOfWork #Startups
