AI is impressive. But often… not very useful. You can ask it to write, explain, generate, and it will do it well. But something is usually missing. Context. Your pricing, your clients, your workflows, your history. Without that, AI is simply guessing. That’s why outputs often feel generic, even when they sound correct. We believe the real value of AI begins when it works with your data, not just prompts. That’s the direction we’re building toward with Skapi and BunnyQuery. Not just generating content, but helping you actually use what you already have. Curious, how are you using AI today? As a tool, or as part of your system? #AI #SoftwareDevelopment #FutureOfWork #Startups #BuildInPublic

Would anyone seriously consider a pitch deck generated entirely by an AI tool while evaluating a startup for funding? For anyone who regularly uses AI tools in day-to-day work, it usually takes less than a minute to identify whether a document or presentation has been fully AI-generated. As an incubator, we review a large number of startup pitch decks every month for different kinds of support. We do not reject startups just because their pitch deck appears AI-generated. However, a completely AI-made deck will creates a negative first impression. A pitch deck is not just a presentation-it reflects the founder’s clarity of thought, understanding of the business, and ability to communicate the vision. If founders are unable to prepare and articulate their own pitch convincingly, it naturally raises questions about how deeply they are involved in building the product itself. This is not an argument against using AI. AI can be extremely useful for refining language, improving structure, correcting grammar, or enhancing design. But relying entirely on AI to create the entire pitch deck, without the founder’s own thinking and originality, is difficult to justify. #Pitchdeck #Startup #AI

The biggest mistake businesses make with AI? Starting with the technology. The best AI solutions don't begin with: ❌ Models ❌ Frameworks ❌ Fancy demos They begin with a problem. The question isn't: "How can we use AI?" It's: "What process are we trying to improve?" The companies seeing real results from AI focus on workflows first and technology second. Technology is the tool. The business problem is the opportunity. #AI #Startups #ProductDevelopment

The AI startup landscape in 2026 is absolutely fascinating! 🤖 From foundation models like Mistral AI challenging American dominance to enterprise solutions like Harvey transforming legal services, the innovation is accelerating. Perplexity AI is reimagining search with conversational AI. Figure is building humanoid robots. Scale AI is essential infrastructure. And vertical-specific solutions like Checkr and Grammarly are capturing massive value. The shift from chatbots to agentic AI and physical AI is real. Which of these are you watching? #AI #Startups #Innovation #FutureOfWork

Most AI startups are not AI companies. They are Workflows with a chatbot on top. Because of AI hype, every business owner is trying to include AI in their system. The easiest way to do that is a chatbot. Is it worth it? No. In many cases, it simply replicates existing functionality in a different interface. If I’m checking my order status, I don’t need a chatbot to repeat what’s already available in tracking. That’s not improving the experience but it’s adding friction. Users don’t adopt tools just because they’re new. They adopt what is: • Faster • Simpler • Actually more useful I think founders and creators today need to think about what is actually necessary and what is not, and keep only what is required. What’s your opinion on this? #AI #aihype #startups #ai #chatbots

Red flags your team isn’t really using AI 🚩🤖 Most teams don’t have an AI problem. They have an execution speed problem. We used MidJourney in a product with millions of users - not to “make nicer visuals”, but to remove a production bottleneck. It changed our cost structure. The biggest red flags I see: 🚩 Idea→test still takes weeks If experiments still take 2-4 weeks, AI hasn’t touched your real process. 🚩 Output is prettier, not more relevant If AI just made creatives “look better”, you left most of the value on the table. If AI doesn’t change speed or relevance - it’s just a fancy stock generator. I’ll drop the full list below 👇 #AI #ProductManagement #Startups #Growth #Experimentation #Marketing

We’re experimenting with AI inside Vervi 👀 Some things we’re testing: ⚡ Smart onboarding from resumes ⚡ AI-powered recommendations ⚡ Better profile discovery ⚡ Intelligent feeds ⚡ Skill matching The goal isn’t “AI hype”. The goal is making opportunities easier to find. #AI #MachineLearning #Startups #Innovation

Most people think AI products fail because: +models are weak +accuracy is low +inference is expensive But after exploring real AI products, I think the biggest problem is something else: "Trust friction". Users ask: -“Will this break in front of customers?” -“What happens if the AI gets confused?” -“Can I actually rely on this daily?” That’s why the best AI companies are not just building models. They’re building: =fallback systems =human handoffs =monitoring =analytics =reliability layers The future winners in AI may not be the companies with the smartest model. They may be the companies that make AI feel dependable. That’s a product problem more than a model problem. #AI #ProductManagement #AIProducts #Startups #AgenticAI #VoiceAI

I sat in a room with 100 legal and compliance professionals being trained on AI. The most valuable thing I learned wasn't on any slide. I walked in expecting to feel behind, but I didn’t. What was positioned as advanced AI application was something most of us have already been quietly doing for months such as summarising documents or structuring prompts. For some reason we’ve created a myth that there’s a room full of people smarter, faster, more technical who have already figured it out while the rest of us are still catching up. Yes, there are people genuinely ahead like researchers, technical builders, people doing things that are actually impressive. However, most AI experts filling your feed are using the exact same tools are just louder. The edge is simply using what’s in front of you and learning its limits. If you're a founder trying to get your head around where AI actually fits into your compliance, legal or operations setup, drop me a message. #AITools #Startups #FounderLife

I think a lot of resistance to AI is actually fear disguised as skepticism. Because deep down, most people already know this technology is going to become a massive part of business over the next few years. The question is not whether AI grows. The question is who learns to use it as leverage early enough to benefit from the shift. That's why I think the biggest opportunity right now is not replacing expertise. It's scaling expertise. Taking what you already know and building systems that can solve problems without requiring your constant time and attention. That's a completely different level of leverage.
