Today’s the day. Open to Work from Ryan Roslansky and Aneesh Raman is officially out in the world! One of my favorite concepts from the book is the “5Cs”: curiosity, courage, creativity, compassion, and communication. Anyone I’ve talked to recently about AI knows this is what I harp on. These are the skills that compound our impact. Looking back, they’re also the ones I’ve leaned on most throughout my career. The moments that mattered were about asking better questions, navigating ambiguity, building trust, and figuring things out alongside others. What this book does so well is take something that can feel abstract or overwhelming and turn it into a framework people can actually use. Excited to see it out in the world and the conversations it sparks. Looking forward to building from here. #opentoworkbook
