It was great to be in Canada and the US, visiting our clients National Bank of Canada, KeyBank and Eastern Bank! They were all kind enough to invite us to their offices and explain their challenges and needs, and how they plan to make their banking experiences so much better for their clients. It was inspiring to hear about the different but sometimes also similar journeys that they are on, and how they support businesses in their regions.
