Machines can only learn from data — from us. They don’t think, they don’t feel, and they never will. Until a machine boots up and cries like a newborn, consciousness will never live inside metal and plastic. What I see in this image isn’t machines learning — it’s humans being programmed. Our phones, feeds, and endless scrolling are teaching us to behave like machines — predictable, reactive, emotionless. Truth and untruth are blending faster than ever, and the result isn’t intelligence — it’s confusion. That’s why AI must be governed — by humans, with structure, accountability, and moral boundaries. Because the real danger isn’t AI becoming human. It’s humanity becoming AI.

While machines are learning from us , humans have stop learning to upskill themselves to dominate over the products we are creating … humans are rather trusting everything that AI and bots . This is scary

Hey facilitator... How are you using AI in your workshops and how are people responding? The first time it was pretty awkward and clunky, but it seems to flow really nicely now. I think in the beginning I was using only prompts which really didn't cut it. It was more awkward than anything and the participants didn't really report the interaction as helping their thinking. Since then, setting up the RAG with clear instructions sets and context seems to be working well. The more I work on the persona of a given instruction set with clear guardrails seem to be paying dividends. People seem to be having a meaningful chat. Key instructions which seem to have a meaningful impact: - Asking the model to be critical and challenge - Not bias towards responses it thinks people want to hear (this seems to cut down on hallucinations in addition to telling it to not make stuff up) - Guardrails: Mostly negative cases of what I don't want and what to do instead Curious to hear if others have had success with AI in their workshops and what you're doing to make it work for you...

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to live inside our own echo chambers - where the people, feeds, and algorithms around us reinforce what we already believe. It feels comfortable. But comfort isn’t clarity. That’s why I’ve started using my AI Twin as a kind of truth partner - a built-in devil’s advocate that questions my assumptions before the world does. It’s humbling, honestly. But it’s also freeing. It’s where growth and better decisions happen. The real power of AI isn’t that it agrees with you - it’s that it helps you see what you can’t.
