I've spent so much of my life around driven high performers that it has definitely changed me. I teach here because I hate to see high potential wasted on roadblocks I can fix. My reward is being surrounded by more and more interesting, compelling people. Recently I crossed 170,000 followers here on LinkedIn. It means so much to me that each of you busy professionals feels that what I share is worth your time. Thank you for that trust! You probably know the saying that "you are the five people you spend the most time with." I spent a lot of time with the thousands of you who are focused on being great at what you do. Find your own tribe that raises you to be your best. For my part, I'm working on new things to bring to this group.
