Dashboards are not a transformation. Buying a new BI tool is not a strategy. More metrics do not equal more control. If your KPIs don’t align, your teams don’t align. If no one owns the data flow, no one owns the outcomes. If definitions drift, trust collapses. Your analytics will keep failing until the foundation is fixed. The winners are not the ones with the most data. They’re the ones who know what the data actually means. https://lnkd.in/gmAnTjMB
