Complementary Training’s Post

Speed work in soccer is easy to plan. It is harder to make it fit the game. A straight sprint can be useful. So can GPS reports. But once the ball is involved, the picture changes quickly. The player has to read the situation, react, and still produce speed inside a football action. That is the gap Efthymios Kyprianou’s Speed in Soccer Masterclass sits in. It takes the theory onto the pitch through real field sessions, smaller spaces, bigger spaces, and the coaching corrections that show whether the drill actually fits football. Worth watching if speed work in your program isn't yet connected to the game: https://lnkd.in/dC2XAegp #StrengthAndConditioning #FootballPerformance #SpeedTraining #SportsScience #ComplementaryTraining
