There’s a difference between learning coaching… and becoming a coach. I’m grateful to be part of TimeCoach Academy. And not just as a student of the craft, but as a coach contributing to something much bigger than a program. For me, this work is a passion project rooted in one belief: When we develop better humans, we create better workplaces, better communities, and ultimately, a better world. Coaching, when done well, isn’t about having the answers. It’s about creating the space where clarity, ownership, and meaningful direction can emerge, especially in the complexity leaders are navigating today. That’s what drew me here.
