With all the talk about AI agents and Copilot, a question keeps coming up: if more work happens through chat, do purpose-built apps still matter? In our recent Cloudwell Conversations, Head of Product Development, Troy Palacino makes a simple but important point: chat gives you answers. It doesn't give you context. Take an org chart as an example. Knowing someone works in development is useful. Seeing where they sit in the org, what they've built, and which tech stack they work in, that's what helps you actually get things done. Get more insights from someone who's been building enterprise apps for M365 for over a decade. https://lnkd.in/ebVYeGyG #Microsoft365 #SharePoint #Copilot #AIAgents #DigitalWorkplace #CloudwellConversations #Cloudwell

🤔 What if your AI actually became your work‑buddy? ⬇️ 🤩 For some time now, I have been lucky to work with Copilot Cowork - it quickly turned into my daily work‑buddy. I simply hand over tasks to Cowork while I focus on something else or even sit in another meeting. Coming back later to review the results, fine‑tune them or directly continue the work feels incredibly natural. 📖 Skills that remember how I like things done One feature I particularly enjoy is quickly adding skills to save a specific style or structure for recurring tasks. Once defined, Cowork simply pulls them off the shelf and applies them consistently to future requests - smooth, intuitive and surprisingly powerful. 📱 My work‑buddy - everywhere With Copilot Cowork available in the Microsoft 365 Copilot mobile app, it doesnt matter where I am or which device I’m using. An idea on the go? A task between meetings? I can delegate it immediately and come back to the results later. 📎 Want to see what’s new - including connecting CRM or ERP data?https://lnkd.in/e4MnTWBz #Microsoft #Microsoft365 #Microsoft365Copilot #CopilotCowork #AgenticAI #Productivity *image created with Microsoft Designer in Copilot Chat

Agent Platform Advisor The Agent Platform Advisor is a single-page web app that recommends the right Microsoft agent platform — Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, or Microsoft 365 Copilot — based on a short scored assessment. From the welcome screen you choose one of three paths: ✏️ Take the assessment — a 5-question wizard that scores each platform and produces a recommendation ✏️Microsoft 365 Copilot fast-track — skips the wizard when the user only needs built-in M365 Copilot experiences ✏️Guided exploration — browse all four platforms with scenario-focused summaries before deciding whether to start the assessment The assessment asks about: ✏️ Who is building the agent (business user, low-code maker, developer, data scientist) ✏️ Who will use it (internal employees or external users) ✏️Where users will interact with it (Microsoft 365 apps, a custom app, or background/event-triggered) ✏️ What the agent should do (Q&A, multi-turn conversation, multi-step tasks, or complex orchestration) ✏️ What data the agent needs to access (Microsoft 365 content, external systems, or advanced data sources) https://lnkd.in/gpgQTGCt #AIAgents #Copilot #Microsoft365 #MSAI #CopilotStudio #AzureAI #MicrosoftCAT

App Builder in Microsoft Copilot: Turning Ideas into Apps Faster Than Ever Building internal apps has traditionally required time, technical depth, and close coordination between business teams and IT. With App Builder in Microsoft Copilot, that barrier is coming down. App Builder is an AI‑powered agent designed to help teams create, refine, and evolve internal applications—faster, smarter, and with less friction. What is App Builder in Microsoft Copilot? App Builder is part of the broader Microsoft Copilot agent ecosystem. Its purpose is simple but powerful: help users design and improve apps by guiding structure, logic, data connections, and user experience—right where they’re building. Instead of starting from a blank canvas, App Builder acts as a thinking partner, helping you: Outline app functionality Understand how components fit together Reason through data models and integrations Identify gaps or improvement opportunities

💡 Power Apps + Copilot Studio = the combination your team needs to know about right now. With the 2026 Wave 1 release, the integration between the two has leveled up significantly. Here's a quick breakdown: 🔷 Agents now inherit your app's business rules, permissions, and data models — so they're not starting from scratch 🔷 Agent Feed is now GA — monitor agent actions in real time, right inside your model-driven app 🔷 Canvas apps get Copilot in public preview — AI assistance across even more app types 🔷 Forms can now auto-convert emails and documents into structured fields with a review step before saving The days of switching between your app and a separate AI tool are numbered. The best part? This is all low-code. You don't need a dev team to start building intelligent apps that actually work the way your business works. What's one repetitive process in your org that could be automated with this? 👇 #PowerApps #CopilotStudio #PowerPlatform #MicrosoftCopilot #AIAutomation #LowCodeNoCode #FutureOfWork #Microsoft #Jobs #IT #Tranformation #Innovation #Governance #Integration #C2C #PowerBI #Copilot #NoCode #USAjobs #Security

Here's how Teamenu helps your teams get their time back. They run on resources spread across hundreds of tools: internal apps, portals, shared spaces, wikis, AI agents, cloud apps, legacy IT, databases, whiteboards, reports… and now they're vibe-coding even more. Teamenu does not replace those apps. It makes what’s hiding *inside* easy to navigate. Teamenu gives employees instant access to the exact set of deep link resources they need, across all enterprise tools and apps, available in – Chrome and Edge extensions. – Microsoft Teams or Slack bots. – Mobile and accessible web interfaces. Teamenu also shows #AIassistant colleagues where to point users to, and where to go to run a task: – They simply join teams and projects. – They access Teamenu via MCP, CLI or API. How? Teamenu spots resources used and shared, to generate stable deep links and share them with the teams who need them. – No documents or data ingested. – No changes to familiar apps. – No more broken links. #digitalworkplace #msteams #copilot #employeeexperience #intranet #enterpriseux #applicationarchitecture #enterprisedesign #enterprisearchitecture
