This isn't just a podcast about menopause. It's a masterclass in leadership. Yes, I’m chin-deep in research on what the hell is happening to my body in midlife. But after two full episodes with this panel, what struck me most is how much leaders could learn from it. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲. Each panelist is a true expert in their domain. The conversation was “both/and,” not “either/or." They built on one another’s insights instead of competing for airtime. 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Steven Bartlett models intellectual curiosity. “Explain it to me like I’m ten,” he says, then paraphrases to check his understanding. Imagine if more executives did that. 𝗩𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.
