I put us through rigourous tests to prove that what we say is what we do. 💪 I am delighted to be certified by ESGmark® for our continued efforts both environmentally and socially. 🌍 😊 Below are key areas where we have improved over the last 12 months. - Supported the professional development of employees through increased pay, workplace benefits and training - Developed supplier engagement processes around ESG - Expanded carbon footprint reporting to include Scope 3 areas - Promoted sustainable print products to events managers to influence positive change in the industry - Partnered with GreenTheUK to deliver a new tree planting initiative - Encouraged young people into the industry through design opportunities for Leeds City College students, alongside internships and educational site tours at Imageco - Received various accolades, most recently winning Wide-format Printer of the Year at the Printweek Awards. “A year on from achieving ESGmark® Certification, Imageco continues to demonstrate that thoughtful, responsible practices are at the heart of its business. One year ago, we became ESGmark® Certified. This wasn't to tick a box. It wasn't to slap a badge on the website. It's because we actually believe in doing business properly. 12 months in, here's what that's looked like: We've measured our carbon footprint for the first time. Can't fix what you don't track. We've pushed our supply chain to do better. More transparency, more accountability. We work with suppliers who use recycled materials, FSC-certified wood from sustainably managed forests, and renewable energy in their production. We've invested in our team. Flexible working, better benefits, people who want to be here. And we've continued to build inclusive play spaces in the communities that need them most. Spaces that use natural elements, permeable surfaces, and durable equipment that's built to last for generations, not just a few years. ESG isn't a one-off achievement.
