This episode features Fabrizio Bozzetti, who shed light on the realities of working in the European film industry, from the emotional cost of spending years on a script that may never be made, to the million-dollar question of what makes a screenplay “good,” and why sometimes that still isn’t enough. If there’s one thing I wish I knew as a new writer, it’s this: Storytelling is your strongest asset. I was listening to the “How I Write” podcast episode with Mitch Albom (linked below) and he shared how he never really felt like a “writer” as a kid. What he did remember, was the dinner table conversations over holidays with his family. How people told stories. The ones that got you thinking “okay when are they gonna get to the point…” vs the ones that had you on the edge of your seat. Grammar, punctuation, style can all be learned. But storytelling — that’s something that you really have to love. Something you have to spend time with through reading, writing, & speaking. What’s one piece of advice you would share with a new writer? #WritingTips #ContentCreation #CreativeWriting #WritingAdvice
