This is a joke, I have fought for several weeks just to get my money back on a flight that I had to cancel booking.com is not only a maze of people who have no idea what the hell they’re talking about but then they work with a known scam company xcover. I will be bringing legal action against them to not only reimburse my flight but also my time.

What does it take to receive an invoice that make sense ? I have paid Booking €210,26 for a stay at the Innside hotel. I have received this invoice, for a different amount, and not made out to me, but to a company called "Agoda Services Company Limited". WHERE IS MY REAL INVOICE ???
