This is a joke, I have fought for several weeks just to get my money back on a flight that I had to cancel booking.com is not only a maze of people who have no idea what the hell they’re talking about but then they work with a known scam company xcover. I will be bringing legal action against them to not only reimburse my flight but also my time.
Host Beware: My Devastating Experience with Booking.com I’m sharing this because I can’t stay silent any longer. Since February, Booking.com has failed to pay me for my properties. Despite daily efforts to resolve the issue and countless assurances from their team, they’ve left me in an impossible situation. As a result, I’ve been forced to close one property because I couldn’t cover the bills. Now, I’m on the brink of shutting down my last property and facing bankruptcy—all because of Booking.com's lack of accountability and respect for their hosts. It’s heartbreaking to see how a company that depends on us, the hosts, can treat us this way. They’re holding billions of dollars from hosts around the world, earning interest on our hard-earned money, while we’re left struggling to survive. If you’re a host or considering becoming one, think twice before trusting Booking.com. This could happen to you too. SCAMMERS BEWARE OF THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL SERVICE PLATFORM TO EVER EXIST. The customer service I have received from Booking.com. As a host, my experience with your platform has been incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately damaging to my business. I recently had a guest stay at my property without any issues or concerns, yet despite this, Booking.com has failed to pay me for the reservation. This delay in payment has caused me significant financial harm. To make matters worse, the communication and documentation related to the booking were inexplicably erased from the platform. This deceptive practice only raises concerns about the transparency and integrity of your operations. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of transparency, support, and integrity displayed by Booking.com. It has become clear to me that this platform is not equipped to handle the needs of hosts like myself, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative services such as VRBO and Airbnb, where the level of service and professionalism is far superior.
