I got scammed on your website, I was supposed to get a refund but it’s pending since jan 2025 now. No update on timeline. Kindly request you to resolve the matter at the earliest, matter is pending with finance team. https://youtu.be/ufBat9e7jlk?feature=shared One more example of a person who got scammed on booking.com and Crime Bureau of India is involved now.
