Building on our launch of Formula Fields earlier this week, we're now launching support for conditional approval steps to Ashby. You can now name individual approval stages for clarity, and then optionally apply a fully custom filter to it. This e.g. means you can add different stages for different compa ratio ranges (or truly, whatever else exists in your process today). I'm really excited about how these two features together will allow you to properly model and therefore streamline all of your approval processes in Ashby. And we have one more smaller launch around offers coming tomorrow!

Excited for this! And will be absolutely overjoyed if/when the approvers get clear signal as to why they are receiving an approval request (especially when it's through a custom/exception process vs. being a standard approver)!
