Yesterday we celebrated an employee wrapping up four years with Madecraft. Moments like that are always bittersweet, and it made me reflect on how we recognize our team, past and present. At Madecraft, we have simple but meaningful traditions. We embrace the power of moments. We honor those that are here, and those that have moved on. We ring a school bell to celebrate authors, milestones, and even the close of a career chapter. Recognition isn’t just about today’s team. It’s about honoring the full journey, and making sure everyone knows their work matters, now and always.

Recognition is an ongoing mindset. I want to know how you've felt celebrated as an employee, or ways you're celebrating your team!

Having spent only two days with the team, on Jessica’s last day, I got a small taste of the amazing culture there. I saw the photo boards, but only understand what they represent! Nice. Nice use of the new camera too, Brad! 🤣
