Grateful to Agustin Chavarria for giving me the opportunity to explore and test the Carbon Fiber Plugin Suite inside my DAW (FL Studio). In this video, I experimented with KSHMR loops alongside FX plugins from the suite - Analog Memory and ChronoVerb, pushing them beyond their default character to sculpt a vintage lo-fi tone, drenched in a reverb-heavy hall space, finished with a subtle touch of ValhallaVintageVerb on the master bus. What stood out to me is how flexible these tools are when it comes to sound shaping, whether you’re aiming for clean modern textures or deliberately imperfect, nostalgic atmospheres. This is just the beginning. I’ll soon be testing more plugins from the Carbon Fiber ecosystem and will be sharing a dedicated video on how I use them for game sound design, especially for cinematic, ambient, and interactive audio workflows. I’ve been diving deeper into 3D texturing and cinematic lighting in After Effects. There are still a bunch of people out there whining and complaining about "A.I.," throwing the term around in wild, random ways, claiming that it's the root of ALL problems. It's not. Remember when people said that VHS was the death of the film industry? Those were the same people who said MP3s would ruin music, Photoshop would ruin photography, digital was the death of filmmaking-- so many things were supposed to have been dead by now, but...it didn't happen. When technology changes, you either adapt or abandon. I can comfortably say that if this technology existed 20 years ago, my GOD...! When I think of all the things I had to do as a production artist, designer, art director, multimedia director-- whatever the case-- in graphic design or video production...things happening right now are MIRACULOUS compared to what they used to be! I prefer editing with Premiere/DaVinci/Final Cut MUCH MORE than editing on a Moviola or tape-to-tape editing. Anyway, that's what this short video is about-- whilst demonstrating the compositing capabilities of Kling 01. Imagine never really needing a green/blue screen again. That's kinda where we are right now. Previously, it would have taken me a couple of weeks to make this video. While western studios like 2Advanced pushed a futuristic and tech driven style, korean designers explored a softer and more dreamy direction. Calm music, hand drawn illustrations, gentle transitions and a sense of atmosphere that felt almost like entering a small animated world. Pure Pulse was part of that era. A Korean Flash studio known for animation and interactive work that blended storytelling, sound and visual craft. Most of their projects did not survive the fall of Flash, but the fragments that remain remind us that the web once embraced a more emotional and artistic approach in Asia. Looking back at these sites is not just nostalgia. This methodology views every light as a character cast for a specific role to make the product the star of the shot. Key Principles for Directorial Precision in 3D Product Shots: Find Your Composition First: Lighting results depend heavily on the composition and the materiality of textures, so set the stage before casting. Cast with Purpose: The Key Light establishes the core drama, while Rim Lights sculpt the subject for separation and shape. Use specialists, like a dedicated Reflection Light, whose only job is to add polish and perceived value. Control the Stage: Lighting is equally about taking light away. Introduce simple plane Blockers to physically control fill light (like an HDRI) and restore crucial dramatic contrast and falloff. This began as a test to see how Kling’s new Motion Control model inside glif handled reference images. I noticed it worked well with different camera angles, so I used glif’s Multi-Angle Photoshoot agent to generate multiple angles from a single reference image. All of these angles come from one performance. For artists working on music videos, this makes it possible to perform once in a regular space and then place that same performance into different environments and viewpoints. It reduces the need for multiple takes and helps keep the editing process simpler and faster.

When creating the video for Calcque Studio’s notebook, we focused on highlighting its key strengths: compact, pocket friendly size for everyday use, the design of the inner pages, and the quality of the paper, all conveyed in a concise video format suited for social media audiences.

This video is a short environment study focused on mood, lighting, and slow cinematic movement. 🌆 Instead of fast cuts or heavy action, I wanted to explore how subtle camera motion, controlled color palettes, and atmospheric lighting can make a scene feel alive — even when nothing dramatic is happening. 🎓 What I focused on in this study: • Cinematic lighting and contrast • Environmental storytelling through scale and silence • Smooth, intentional camera movement • Creating depth and atmosphere for small screens Created and rendered in Blender as part of my ongoing project of cybercore aesthetics in cinematic environment design and visual storytelling. The creative industry is working, but artists are still struggling. The industry looks busy on the surface. Projects are flowing, studios are active, and deadlines never seem to stop. Yet many VFX artists, designers, and video editors are still not satisfied. Despite long hours, constant pressure, and ever-growing technical demands, stability and creative fulfillment feel increasingly out of reach. Passion often becomes the only thing keeping people going. Over time, this creates a quiet reality where artists feel they have no choice but to keep working, even as balance disappears.
