🚀 Excited to share a powerful update in Microsoft Power Apps! Model-driven apps can now live directly inside Microsoft 365 Copilot conversations — across Word, Outlook, Teams, and more. 🤯 I recently built a model-driven app and tested it within Copilot, and the experience is truly seamless. 🔹 No need to switch between multiple tabs 🔹 Access real-time business data inside your daily tools 🔹 Create and update records using simple prompts For example, inside Word, instead of manually copying business data into the app, I can now just open Copilot, select my app, and prompt it to create or update records instantly. In Outlook, I can even fetch or create records directly from email context — making workflows faster and smarter. Copilot chat just got app-powered UI (MCP Apps are here) 🚨 Copilot chat is no longer “just text.” It can now host real app experiences. In February, Microsoft retired #MicrosoftDesigner in Teams. The feature is now back as Designer tools in #CopilotChat, available to both Copilot Basic and Premium users across supported Microsoft 365 apps. These agents automate repeatable workflows across connected apps (e.g., Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, SharePoint), gather context, request approvals, and improve over time. They represent a shift toward autonomous task completion rather than just assistance, with templates or custom builds supported.
