Ecosystems are getting more complex, so having clarity becomes the real advantage. After watching Crossbeam’s session on turning ecosystem complexity into clarity, a few things stood out: 1- Visibility > volume. 2- Ecosystem data only works when it’s synced into GTM workflows. 3- Complexity isn’t the enemy, lack of signal is. The reality in 2026 is that you no longer need 'more partners', but you need that can turn partner intelligence into pipeline. The teams who win won’t have the most partners.
