Stepping out of my usual event planner role and into the attendee shoes recently offered a powerful lesson. Witnessing a situation handled poorly by the Banquet Manager underscored a fundamental truth: treat every individual with respect, regardless of their perceived status. Unbeknownst to the Banquet Manager, I was there for the secondary purpose of quietly evaluating their hotel for an upcoming event – a potential booking that will now be reconsidered. It's easy to forget that every interaction matters. Experiences like this reinforce the idea that exceptional service at every level is non-negotiable, no matter who the customer is or who you think is watching. #CustomerExperience #EventManagement

Thank you for sharing this important reminder. 🙏 At akire productions, we know firsthand how much the smallest interactions can impact the biggest decisions. Whether we’re scouting venues or producing experiences, we hold fast to one standard: every person deserves respect, and every moment matters. 💡✨ Exceptional service isn’t just about grand gestures — it’s about how people are made to feel, regardless of who they are or what title they hold. That’s what sets great hospitality apart from good hospitality. 🏨💬 We appreciate your perspective and echo your call: let’s all raise the bar — because someone is always watching 👀, but more importantly, someone is always feeling ❤️. #akireproductions #EventExcellence 💼 #HospitalityMatters #RespectAlways 🤝 #EventPlanningWithPurpose 🎯 #DetailsMatter 📝

Such an important reminder. Every interaction leaves an impression even when we don’t realize someone is watching.

Such a valuable lesson. Every interaction shapes an experience, and this really highlights how crucial respect and attention to detail are in event planning.

Such an important reminder, Andrea! As a fellow event planner, I often have to remind myself to take that hat off when I'm an attendee. Often, I'm mesmerized trying to figure out how the team is pulling off the event and my family has to pull me back into attendee mode!
