A 𝐑𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐨 captain,𝐁𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐭 worker, or any gig worker regardless of the company they belong to they can use the space. And that says a lot. In today’s competitive corporate environment, opening your doors for everyone even beyond your own workforce - reflects 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. As an HR student, one thing I’m slowly understanding is: 𝐀 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲’𝐬 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬. It is defined by 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱.
