💪🏾 At Neko Health, we have been looking forward to this week for months! Our FIRST US clinical team started with us on Monday. The clinicians and operators who will open our doors in New York and be there for every member who walks in. We don't believe you can build great clinical culture just by handing someone a manual. So we didn't! Instead, over the coming weeks, this founding cohort will train in New York, immerse themselves in our London clinics, and travel to Stockholm - where Neko began - to understand our mission, our people, and the why behind what we do. See, the standard of care we deliver depends entirely on the people delivering it. Our people. The rigour they bring. The curiosity they carry. The culture they build together from day one. Watching this team start this week, I feel proud of what we've built and genuinely excited about what comes next. Hi! Do you have plans to have female-based insights in your reports and scans? It will be extremely beneficial for me as a woman have the colparison not to the whole cohort in my age including males and females but females-only. As some of the health indicators can be sex-related. Thank you for the answer in advance!
This is how you embed consistency of culture and client-centricity from day one, even across different legislative landscapes and healthcare systems. Retention of top talent can be such a challenge in the US vs UK/Europe, so making the new team feel as special as they deserve, will surely go a long way to mitigating the risk of churn.
