I spent time in classrooms as a teacher and more outside them researching and building technology. The gap between those two worlds bothered me more than I expected. Accingo is my attempt to close it. It's a professional learning network for K-12 educators built around microgrowth — practical, evidence-based resources that actually fit into a teacher's life. I've been building it alongside educators from the start, and today we're opening the next cohort of Beta Teachers. One of the things I enjoy most about working at Pearson is seeing the real impact our tools can have with learners.  That’s why I loved watching this new video featuring Bristol Free School, who were visited by leading educationalist Dr Naomi Norman. Together, they explored how ActiveHub has supported teaching and learning in MFL over the past 12 months.  What really stood out was the difference this has made day to day: reducing teacher workload, building greater confidence and engagement in the classroom, and giving students access to culturally rich resources they genuinely value.  A huge thank you to the staff and students who took the time to share their experiences so openly!
