WCAG 2.1 compliance is not a checkbox. It is a moving target. 78 success criteria across 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, Robust. Most websites fail on the basics - missing alt text, broken keyboard navigation, low color contrast. These are not edge cases. They affect 1.3 billion people with disabilities worldwide. Manual audits cost $10K-$50K and are outdated by the time the report lands on your desk. AccessioAI scans your entire site continuously, flags violations in real time, and suggests fixes - all mapped to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. One script. No code changes. Compliance that stays current. EAA fines start at 100K EUR. ADA Title II deadline is April 24, 2026. The question is not whether you need WCAG compliance. It is when you start. #accessibility #WCAG #WebAccessibility #ADA #EAA #a11y

This video is a demonstration of the PDF accessibility solution we offer, "Accessibility on Demand." On April 24, 2026, public sector entities serving populations above 50,000 must meet DOJ Title II / WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards for websites, apps, and PDFs. Many agencies passed an audit once and assume they are still compliant—but every new page, PDF, image, video, and integration can quietly break accessibility. Accessibility isn’t a one-time project, it’s something that decays unless you monitor it. AgreeYa’s ADA monitoring and remediation services help agencies stay “ever compliant” by continuously checking digital assets, surfacing issues early, and closing gaps before they become penalties. If you’re counting on last year’s score, it’s time to rethink your approach. https://bit.ly/47F4MMf #AgreeYa #ADACompliance #WebAccessibility #WCAG

13 minutes and 1 second on how you actually track WCAG 2.1 AA and 2.2 AA conformance and material compliance for the ADA and EAA. Digital accessibility vendors gloss right over the fact their software / platforms are scan-based. If it's scan-based, your whole project is completely skewed. Somehow this was accepted industry practice until we released Accessibility Tracker last year. Very important to know for any organizations working on ADA or EAA compliance: You're not working towards 100% score on an automated scan, you're working towards full WCAG conformance. #DigitalAccessibility #ADACompliance #EAACompliance #TitleII https://lnkd.in/gxDqFUYb

A WCAG audit isn't a one-time project. It's an ongoing commitment. Most companies treat compliance like a checkbox - run a scan, fix what's flagged, move on. But WCAG 2.1 Level AA covers 50+ success criteria across perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust categories. Sites change. Content updates break things. New features introduce new barriers. AccessioAI runs continuous WCAG 2.1 compliance monitoring so you catch issues the moment they appear - not months later during an audit or worse, after a lawsuit. With ADA Title II enforcement hitting April 2026 and the EAA already active in the EU, reactive compliance is a risk you can't afford. #accessibility #WCAG #WebAccessibility #ADA #EAA #a11y

Every customized document carries risk. If accessibility isn’t built in, compliance gaps appear. Triptych ensures WCAG 2.2 compliance starts at the template level — so every version stays protected.

Everyone is asking whether the ADA Title II deadline will be extended. There are credible signals that the DOJ may revisit aspects of the rule, and that has fueled a lot of speculation. But as of today, nothing has changed. -There is no confirmed extension. -There is no published revision. -The April 2026 deadline remains enforceable. Many organizations are beginning to treat speculation as certainty and are slowing down their accessibility efforts. Even if adjustments are introduced, they are unlikely to remove the requirement for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance or the need for organization-wide accessibility readiness. Which means the real challenge does not go away. Public entities still need to operationalize accessibility across websites and applications, large-scale document ecosystems, third-party platforms, and internal governance & workflows. These are not quick fixes. They require time, coordination, and execution capacity. The conversation should not be about whether the deadline might move. It should be whether you are prepared if it does not. Our team at Pivotal Accessibility breaks it down in detail in this blog: https://lnkd.in/g77Rxe-Q #ADA #WCAG #Accessibility #Inclusivity #A11y

WCAG 2.1 AA. Know what it means. W — Web C — Content A — Accessibility G — Guidelines The 2.1 AA standard is the federal benchmark for digital accessibility under Title II of the ADA. It covers four principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, Robust. Failing it means your site excludes roughly 26% of American adults living with a disability. After April 24, it also means federal exposure. We test against every criterion at ADAWCAG.org. Now you know what to ask for.

The deadline is now defined and it’s closer than most organizations think. Under ADA Title II, public sector entities must ensure digital accessibility by April 24, 2026 (for populations over 50,000). That includes PDF documents. The reality: Most existing PDFs are not accessible. They lack proper tagging, reading order, alt text, and structure making them unusable for assistive technologies and exposing organizations to compliance risk. At AccessReady Solutions, we focus on digital PDF remediation aligned with: • WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA requirements • ADA Title II accessibility standards • Section 508 compliance (already required at the federal level) Accessible documents are no longer optional they are enforceable. Are your PDFs ready before April 24, 2026? #Accessibility #WCAG #Section508 #ADACompliance #DigitalAccessibility #PDFRemediation #GovTech #InclusiveDesign
