- [Instructor] Freshservice is, by no means, the least capable tool, but it's certainly the last we'll talk about within this course. Freshservice prides itself in simplicity, the user interface and ease of use, and its strong asset management capability. As you'll see on the left-hand side here, it has all of the modules as a core offering that you typically see as add-ons on other competitors, such as the Asset Management function that you can see here. What is a strong function within Freshservice is particularly the Asset Management function. So you'll see here on your screen that you'll be able to see a very simplistic way to view all of your assets. I'll just show you here. And you'll see here, and it's very easy to set up. You just go up here and update, and update all of your assets. But typically, a lot of these things that are provided within Freshservice are add-ons, such as the inventory, the software, the contracts, and purchase orders, as they're typically seen as non-IT…
