I’ve explored several ITSM foundation tools, and it’s great to see how far the industry has evolved. Among the various ITSM platforms, ServiceNow still stands out as the top performer in terms of capability, integration, and maturity. I’m glad that my organization is leveraging ServiceNow,from its solid baseline features to its customizable capabilities in managed services.
