- As we've seen, AI could be a great asset when it comes to training and onboarding, but like any tool, it has its limitations and it's important for us to use it thoughtfully. In this section, we will cover what to be careful about and some best practices for using AI to support training and onboarding the right way. Some helpful considerations when using AI include being cautious about outdated or inaccurate information. AI-generated content isn't always current. Always double check any training content AI produces against your company's latest policies and procedures. There's also a risk of over-reliance on scripts. AI-generated scripts can be helpful, but they should never replace human coaching and live practice. Scripts are a support tool, not a substitute for real-world experience.
