    This is not 101 training, nor this is training on theory, processes, standards. My personal impression is, this is handful of best practices and tips learned throughout life of project manager dealing with various organizations and projects and learned via pain and sweat .... This is not for beginners, this is for experienced practitioners for self introspection and polishing the skills. Highly recommending.
