This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Vice President of Operations. The chosen candidate will oversee day-to-day operational functions, including managing operational efficiencies, overseeing budgets, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities include effective project management, collaboration with key stakeholders to optimize processes, and driving customer service excellence in operational delivery. Additionally, the role requires providing leadership, developing strategic plans, and ensuring that the organization adheres to its operational and financial objectives.

• Operations Management and P&L Management experience for efficient administration and financial oversight
• Strong expertise in Strategic Planning and Project Management to ensure business objectives and initiatives are met
• Proven ability in Customer Service to maintain and enhance client relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Experience in overseeing large teams and working across diverse regions is a plus
• Advanced degree, such as an MBA or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
