We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support creative operations and product design planning across seasonal initiatives. This role will assist in executing a Creative Kick-Off (CKO) event and maintaining detailed calendars for product design cycles across multiple seasons.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing timelines, and enjoys coordinating across creative, product, and merchandising teams. The role focuses on execution, coordination, and process support rather than full ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Event Coordination
Support planning and execution of a seasonal Creative Kick-Off (CKO) event
Assist with logistics, timeline tracking, and on-site coordination
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment
Product Design Calendar Support
Maintain and update seasonal calendars for in-line and non-inline product design cycles
Track milestones across design, development, and merchandising teams
Support coordination from concept through sample development
Project Coordination & Scheduling
Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reports
Monitor deadlines and ensure milestone alignment across teams
Identify risks and escalate issues as needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a central coordination point between creative, product, and operations teams
Assist in organizing communication and documentation across stakeholders
Support alignment across multiple departments and timelines
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or similar roles
Experience managing timelines, calendars, and milestone tracking
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
•Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting product design or creative operations workflows
Exposure to apparel, retail, or outdoor industry environments
Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, Airtable, Coupa, or Figma
Experience building visual calendars or tracking workflows
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
