The Role

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee process quality across a multi-line manufacturing operation running continuous production schedules.

This individual will:

• Direct a sizable team spanning quality engineers, front-line inspectors, analysts, and supervisors
• Strengthen in-process controls and reduce variability across critical production stages
• Lead structured investigations into yield loss, defect trends, and field-return drivers
• Partner with operations and equipment engineering to improve process capability and system performance
• Establish scalable reporting structures and digital tools to provide real-time visibility into manufacturing health
• Own containment strategy and product disposition protocols to ensure only conforming material reaches customers

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, technical credibility, and the ability to build systems that prevent issues — not just react to them.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex, high-volume manufacturing environments (energy, semiconductor, electronics, automotive, or similarly technical sectors)
• Demonstrated experience leading large quality or process engineering teams
• Deep familiarity with structured problem-solving, statistical analysis, quality systems governance, and process validation
