Over the past 3.5 years, Ortega has built his expertise entirely through hands-on experience at EP, demonstrating what’s possible through curiosity, persistence, and a strong work ethic. One of his proudest accomplishments? Setting a goal early on to become an Operator Level 4...and achieving it within just a few years with the support of his team!
