Concrete Project Manager – General Contractor | Triad, NC
We are hiring a Concrete Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects. This role offers a balanced office/field split and emphasizes strong client relationship management.
Role Overview:
The Concrete Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met. This position requires a mix of office planning and field oversight, maintaining visibility on project execution while fostering strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage concrete projects end-to-end, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams.
Split time between the field and office (~50/50) to monitor progress, support crews, and ensure safety and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and engineers to address project challenges proactively.
Oversee project documentation, change orders, and reporting to maintain financial and operational accountability.
Qualifications:
5–10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial concrete project management.
Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, specifications, and industry standards.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field teams effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
