Assistant Project Manager - Hotels / Extended-Stay / High-Density Residential

We are a commercial construction company with a strong presence in the Long Beach and greater Los Angeles market, delivering complex ground-up hotel, extended-stay, and high-density residential projects. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Long Beach team.

This is a project support role for a motivated construction professional who can assist with complex hotel, extended-stay, and high-density residential projects from precon through closeout while supporting schedules, budgets, documentation, procurement, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, quality, safety, and overall project execution.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor's Degree
• Professional business acumen
• Positive attitude

This role offers strong project exposure, a solid project pipeline, and long-term growth opportunity. Base salary range is $130,000 - $150,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, company vehicle allowance, 401K, PTO, annual bonus, and much more.
