Tim Bryan liked thisTim Bryan liked thisTomorrow marks 4 years with Herc Rentals and over a year in my dream role Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Thank you to Herc for taking a chance on a 21 year old former sorority girl with a journalism degree and giving me the opportunity to grow into a career I love. The best advice I can give any recent graduate: find a company that invests in early career development! Herc’s Black & Gold Academy is a one year, hands on development program that teaches you the business from the ground up. From understanding the construction and equipment rental industry, to building sales and operational expertise, it sets you up for real long-term success! If you’re searching for that kind of opportunity, my inbox is always open! I’d be happy to connect you with Herc and share more about the Black & Gold experience. What a ride it’s been so far, and I can’t wait to see where it continues to take me!! 🎢 #HercRentals #BuildingBrighterFutures #equipmentrental #construction #EarlyCareerDevelopment

Understanding how to get the most value from it is where the real conversation starts ✅ This week I had the opportunity to represent Herc Rentals at a customer Lunch & Learn, bringing a variety of equipment for their team to see firsthand, ask questions about, and discuss real-world applications. From aerial and earthmoving equipment to power generation, climate control, remediation, and specialty solutions, our mission is simple: be the first call when a rental need arises. Whether you’re a current customer or just want to learn more about what #TeamHerc can do for your business, we’d love to bring a Lunch & Learn to your team anywhere in the country. Let’s connect 🤩 #HercRentals #Facilities #EquipmentRental #FacilitiesManagement #PowerGeneration #ClimateControl #Remediation #NationalAccounts #RentalSolutions #CustomerSuccess #BuiltOnRelationships

I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had leading up to this and for the people I’ve worked with along the way. We’ve built strong relationships, tackled some tough challenges, and made meaningful progress with our customers and partners. In this new role, I’ll be focused on continuing to grow our national accounts and aligning our sales and business development efforts to support the next phase of growth. We’ve got a great team in place and a lot of runway ahead. Looking forward to what we can accomplish together. Wade Smith, MBA, Randy Dorsey, Ellis Moser, Travis Fuller, and Kevin McGuire.

Scott has been instrumental in helping shape this district from two locations over 25 years ago to over 13 and counting. He has run multiple locations successfully in a very challenging market and is someone we all lean on for his technical and operational knowledge. Thanks for everything you do Scott and congratulations on this milestone, very proud of you. Also, in this picture is over 350 years of Team Herc experience. They have all stuck together to become a dominant force in the market and have built a work family based on integrity, trust, and energy level to be the best at what they do every day. Thank you team NYC/NJ!!

Autumn has poured a decade of dedication, talent, and grit into this company, and her growth has been nothing short of inspiring. From rising through the ranks to becoming a key contributor and leader, she’s built a legacy defined by loyalty, hard work, and kindness. Watching her evolve both professionally and personally over the years has been one of the greatest joys of my career. Autumn, I’m proud of everything you’ve achieved and honored to call you a friend. Here’s to this amazing milestone and to everything still ahead. Keep soaring — you make us better every day! 💛🖤
