“I worked with Sonya Bessalel during my time as Head of Content at LinkedIn Learning. She was a core content and integrated marketing partner across multiple campaigns over several years. She is one of the smartest, most effective, and most mission-driven professionals I have worked with, and an exceptional teammate in the truest sense. She consistently delivered high quality work, and elevated the people around her in the process. Sonya has a deep understanding of what content is meant to do -- asking the why before diving into the how. Some of the most-read and most influential pieces I published at LinkedIn, including the AI Upskilling Framework and the Most In-Demand Skills for 2024 report, were her projects. She can make technically complex, fast-moving topics, especially around AI and upskilling, feel human, clear, and compelling in a way that resonates with senior decision-makers and drives action. Sonya took the time to build a great partnership with me, understanding my voice, my thinking, and what I was trying to say. That investment made the work measurably stronger. She builds these genuine, trusted relationships with teammates across LinkedIn's sales, marketing, and communications organizations, and with senior stakeholders at our largest customers. She has personally interviewed more than 200 senior executives for the Workplace Learning Report and The Talent Velocity Advantage, LinkedIn’s two largest B2B reports for talent professionals, and orchestrated customer panels onstage at Talent Connect. I recommend Sonya easily, highly, and without reservation!”
