MIT says 95% of enterprise AI projects are failing. Not because the tech is bad, but because we’re using the wrong architecture. Most companies try to force AI to deliver 100% accuracy on tasks that need binary certainty. That’s like using a race car engine in a cargo truck. Today, we’re announcing new partnerships with Microsoft and NVIDIA. Claude is now available to Azure customers through Microsoft Foundry, making Anthropic the only frontier model family on all three leading clouds. Customers need platform choice and capacity to scale, and this partnership delivers both. Microsoft is committing up to 1 GW of compute (with more to come) and integrating Claude into Microsoft 365 and GitHub Copilot, bringing our models directly into tools millions use daily. We're also announcing that Microsoft and NVIDIA are investing up to $5 billion and $10 billion respectively. This begins a deep technology partnership with NVIDIA to optimize our models for peak performance and efficiency on future NVIDIA architectures. And while Copilot in Teams has been a powerful tool, it often struggled to keep up with our unique vocabulary. I’ve personally found myself confused by meeting recaps that missed the mark simply because the AI didn’t “𝑔𝑒𝑡” our terminology. That’s why I’m genuinely excited about this new feature: Custom dictionaries are now available to Copilot in Teams. IT admins can upload organization-specific dictionaries in 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞, 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡, 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐞, 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞, right from the Microsoft 365 admin center. This helps Copilot and Intelligent Recap better understand your business language, leading to more accurate transcripts and smarter responses. We’ve implemented this for my team, and the difference is real. Copilot now speaks our language and the clarity it brings to meetings is a 𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭. If your business has its own vocabulary (and let’s be honest, most do), 𝐈 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐲. Help Copilot help you by teaching it your language.

Moving AI from pilot to production requires operationalizing risk, aligning stakeholders across sales, product, and risk, and translating technical complexity into business impact. If teams can’t connect bias to brand equity, or security to business continuity, adoption slows down fast. That’s why I believe the embedded GTM executive model is becoming essential. AI can’t be tossed over the wall from product to sales. The wall has to come down. Leaders who can operate across functions and turn uncertainty into measurable value will separate experimentation from real scale.
