Pay: $25/hour
Hours: 10-15 hours/week
Location: Remote (NYC candidates preferred)
Timing: Summer 2026 (likely June start), with potential to extend
Prof G Media is looking for a Production Intern to support our podcast slate and editorial operations during the summer of 2026. This role is designed for candidates interested in audio production, journalism, and editorial research who want hands-on experience inside a fast-moving, premium media operation.
You’ll work closely with producers across multiple shows and gain direct exposure to how top-ranked podcasts are researched, produced, and distributed.
You’ll have the opportunity to assist across multiple shows, including:
- Prof G Conversations
- Office Hours
- Prof G Markets
- Raging Moderates
- No Mercy / No Malice
What You’ll Do:
- Pitch guests and story ideas for Prof G Conversations, Markets, and Raging Moderates
- Assist with No Mercy / No Malice Friday recordings
- Maintain a log of Scott Galloway’s predictions
- Assist with fact-checking across all the shows
- Monitor our YouTube channel comments
- Send weekly team email summarizing newsletter performance
- Support producers with research, prep, and light production tasks as needed
What You’ll Learn:
- How Prof G Media podcasts are produced end-to-end
- Editorial judgement: what makes a good guest, headline, or question
- Fact checking standard in a media environment
- How audience metrics (YouTube, newsletters, downloads) inform content strategy
- How a small, high-output media team operates day to day
You’ll sit in on select recordings and editorial discussions and receive regular feedback on pitches and research.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy
- Curiosity about business, technology, politics, and current events
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Interest in audio, media, or journalism (prior experience helpful but not required)
