Development and implementation of BIG Deal recognition program which was designed to increase employee engagement by helping them to identify how their job contribution impacts organizational goals.

Designed and implemented succession planning program for a team of analytical professionals to include providing extensive business knowledge, corporate growth drivers, high impact learning culture, agile project management, communication models, self-awareness, resiliency and learning agility.

Partnered with Human Resource Department to create and implement Employee Demographic Analytical Dashboard Solution which focuses on the demographics and Key Performance Indicators around active and terminated employees for achieving organizational excellence through exemplary people practices.

This project includes the consolidation and aggregation of data from various financial, forecasting, outside web services, and tax systems to provide a consolidated source of reporting with various perspectives and views for management reporting. The solution uses an SSAS tabular model and Excel as a front end.

Project consisted of creating device counts by line of business from multiple operational systems and manual sources to provide a standardized count of devices for reporting transparency.

Implemented internally developed Web based expense management system for the international division which included specific tax compliance initiatives, reporting, and increased productivity by 40% for Mexico initially and for the rest of the Latin American countries in the near future.

Responsible for the implementation of the Sun Systems financials with the US GAAP Middleware to ensure monthly and quarterly financial results are delivered accurately and on time to headquarters. Project completed on time and according to budget.

Responsible for the strategy and leadership of converting from a SQL Server Database Platform to an Oracle Database Platform for a financial ERP Package. Project completed on time and under budget. Phase 1 Project Budget actual was $500,000.00.
