For Lourdes Rey-Wilson and Erbi Blanco-True, MBA, Hard Hats & High Heels isn’t just an annual fundraiser, it’s personal.   Lourdes, a Career Management Coach at Right Management Florida/Caribbean and longtime Habitat supporter, grew up in NYC where homeownership seemed out of reach.   “I was so proud when I purchased my home on my own. That’s why I can empathize with these single mothers when their dream of homeownership becomes a reality.”   Erbi, a founding committee member and Community Relations Director at Banesco USA, who has supported the event since day one, sees homeownership as one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty and create generational opportunity.   “I can’t say there’s one single moment that is my favorite. All the events have been wonderful.
