At the end of Salesforce’s Q2 kickoff, with the top 500 company leaders in the room and the rest of the company watching online, my dear friend Marc Benioff announced that I would be transitioning from Chief Product Officer to a part-time advisory role at Salesforce. Not only did Marc present me with a beautiful watch and a Salesforce Trailblazer Golden Hoodie — the most prestigious recognition in the Salesforce ecosystem, and in my view all of enterprise software — but in what was nothing short of extraordinary, the entire room stood up wearing what apparently has become my trademark outfit: a blue short-sleeved button-down shirt, untucked, over a white T-shirt. To feel that kind of love and appreciation from the leadership team of the best company in the world — where I’ve spent 15 of the last 22 years — was incredibly powerful and something I will never forget. The tributes from both Marc and Parker Harris were deeply moving. It’s hard to believe that my career started when Marc and I were writing video games together at 15 years old. The fact that we are still on this journey together 47 years later is something very special. Thank you, Marc, Parker, and the entire Salesforce Ohana for 15 amazing years — and for the best moment of my career.

We opened the week with a bus tour at Lima Engine Plant with David where we: • Recognized over 150 team members • Identified several best practices • Shared candid feedback on opportunities to improve • Strengthened our culture of learning and continuous improvement • Raised over $2,200 for Lima Samaritan House We were inspired and challenged by voices that reminded us what excellence requires: • Our Global Manufacturing Chief, Bryce Currie, pushed us to unlock the ideas of our operators, the true heartbeat of our system. • Phil Wickler from GE delivered a powerful keynote: “Be proud of the progress you have made, but you can never be satisfied.” • We heard from our team members on Safety and did a learning session on ECPL with Tom Paradiso and Wendy. And Quality comes first with Cyntia Perez , Jessica, and Ricardo. We invested in ourselves through Adaptive Leadership Training, and then rolled up our sleeves to identify breakthrough ideas for 2026. Facilitated by Kelly Harrison, Thomas Bradley. We spent time sharing and learning about standard work for leaders and floor operations facilitated by Mandeep, Madelyn, Juan, Joseph, Amel, Sophia and Jaime. On the floor, our teams got their hands dirty working on 11 Kaizen Projects focused on Safety, Quality, and Flow — implementing 55+ operator ideas and delivering several million dollars in cost savings. This is what transformation looks like. The sky is truly the limit for this team. We are leading the way. Special thanks to the incredible partners who made this week possible: KTP — John Bell, Todd S. Ashton, Morgan, Patrick Williams , Steven Hibbs, Mackenzie, Amy Wacker, our IT and Facilities Team.
