Over the past almost 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping build and grow Slalom’s Carolinas business alongside an incredible team and the clients we’ve had the privilege to serve. When I joined Slalom, the opportunity to help build a business rooted in this region — serving clients, investing in our communities, and building a high-performing team and culture — was incredibly compelling to me. In this new role, I’ll have the opportunity to partner with teams across seven markets spanning New England to Florida as we continue helping our clients navigate growth and transformation through the power of AI, data, digital, and technology. The pace of change facing our clients right now is extraordinary, and I’m energized by the opportunity to help organizations lead through it — while continuing to build teams and culture that put people first. Excited for this next chapter and grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey so far.

Kylee Eikenberg reacted on thisKylee Eikenberg reacted on thisI got to bring my dad to work with me yesterday, and it was the best work day I’ve had in a long time. I didn’t expect to bring him. It was supposed to be just another day, working to win the opportunity to partner with a new client on their AI Transformation. As I was doing some last minute prep before leaving the house- I learned something new. This company uses olive oil in their products. Specifically, olive oil from a cooperative that promotes peace and brings different cultures together in their production. My dad supported this olive oil cooperative for years and years as a part of his commitment to the Israeli Palestinian peace process- he was one of the first to bring it to the US, and he visited there dozens of times over his years. We still have boxes of it in closets at my mom’s house since he passed last year. So what I thought was me going to a client to talk about AI, turned into a beautiful day with me being able to share stories of my dad with the CEO as we aligned on the need for companies and individuals to lead with more humanity, more care for each other. I felt my dad sitting in that room. And it was amazing. For anyone who says you need to hide your true self when going to work, they are wrong. Bringing my whole self and my stories helped me to connect, care, and made me even more committed, to helping this client. What part of you can you bring more of into your work today?
