This is a great opportunity for someone who comes from a mold making, tool amp; die, or injection molding tooling background and still enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve problems on the floor. ✅ Lead a small tooling team ✅ Drive mold repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements ✅ Reduce tooling outsourcing and build internal capabilities ✅ Support new mold launches and tooling projects ✅ Influence future growth following a major new program award Looking for: • 10+ years of mold making/tooling experience • Strong injection mold troubleshooting and repair expertise • CNC machining, EDM, milling, grinding, and precision machining knowledge • Leadership or mentoring experience in a manufacturing environment • Ability to remain highly hands-on 💰 Target compensation: $110K-$145K+ depending on experience.
