After 2.5 years, I’ve wrapped up my time at
Asana — the shortest stint of my career, but without question the most impactful. 🦄 💜
I’ve been lucky to work for three incredible leaders:
Catherine Avendaño,
Ed McDonnell, and
Anne Raimondi, each teaching me something different about how to lead with purpose, courage, and heart. And to the many teammates around the world (truly too many to tag): thank you for trusting me, challenging me, laughing with me, telling me to get offline when it’s 2 a.m. for me (shoutout to Team EMEA for championing work-life balance), and, most importantly, helping me grow into my own leadership style.
I’ll miss the quirks that make Asana so Asana — like celebrating milestones with unicorns, yetis, narwhals, and phoenixes; the all-caps CAPITAL HILL Slack channel (iykyk); the perfect dogs of the 10th floor I shamelessly bribed with treats (AEs and CSMs were also bribed with contraband soda, snacks, and sugar); and the end-of-quarter celebrations that reminded us how fun it can be to rally together toward big goals (and the late EoQ nights huddled in the 10th floor kitchen).
Mostly, I’ll miss the people — the BRILLIANT, kind, customer-obsessed, and FUN Asanas all over the world who bring such "heartitude" to everything they do. I’ll carry the memories and lessons with me and hope to work with so many of you again someday, because I truly believe you’re the best in the business. Special shout out to the Rev Leadership team (and extended GTM team) - couldn't be prouder to be in your orbit and part of the magic:

I leave with a ton of gratitude for every win, every stumble, and every friendship made along the way. Thanks, Asana. 💜 ✨
