“I’ve worked with Frankie for over a year. I first met Frankie when I was asked to work on a project on her team. Frankie was the designer leading other designers on a new hire program that needed her skills as an instructional designer along with her project management skills. I actually was impressed greatly with her project management skills. She created a project tracker that supported several designers in Azure. When the complexity of the project demanded more rigorous tracking, she shifted to a solution in WordPress. Her guidance was just what I needed in order to meld my animation creation to the several day, virtual, leader-led experience. In addition to project management and instructional design, she created the templates for use by designers to speed the completion of the training. In one of my own projects, she also mentored me on the creation of short-bite videos to be used as micro learning in training. Frankie is an enthusiastic, passionate advocate for the success of the students taking the training. She is also a great supporter of the designers she works with, providing insights, feedback, and training when needed. I feel lucky to have gotten to know her and benefitted from her creativity and insights in my own design work.”

The start of Edulie was in 2014 when I began an on-line professional development group for 7000+ educators around the world to read, learn, and collaborate with the common goal of improving our teaching in the classroom. This group was called The Educator's Book Club.
Since then, I have started the This is My Teacher Voice podcast and animated shorts. Since then, I have started the This is My Teacher Voice podcast and animated shorts. Each episode of the podcast highlights the voice of a new teacher who shares their lessons learned and stories in their teaching career. Each episode is unique and has a different vibe to reflect the new guests. Some clips from these episodes are converted into mini animated shorts, as well.
EDULIE Suite was created as a hub to house all of these resources. I also began the EDULIE blog as a means to share new features with followers and to provide a common space for teachers to publish their own thoughts and writings. There's still so much more to come with all of this and I'm really excited to bring all of my dreams and plans for this company to life.

We would like to nominate Frankie Robinson for Service Excellence. Frankie has been working on a negotiation training for our producers to practice and apply advanced negotiation techniques. To do this, Frankie created her own AI GPTs and programmed them to be extremely realistic clinicians and clients. To do this, Frankie created her own AI GPTs and programmed them to be extremely realistic clinicians and clients. She worked very diligently with excellent detail and execution to make the conversation and responses seem real! Her teammate said: I also really admire Frankie’s expertise and experience in instructional design. From talking with her, she is so intelligent, constantly bringing new ideas and information technology applications to the L&D team. In addition to being an awesome and innovative instructional designer, Frankie is also just a great person to talk to. She is so kind, friendly, generous, mindful, and more.

When we received a training request to create a leadership new-to-title training for the In-Home Expert Sales Manager, Frankie designed a curriculum by repurposing some existing content and designing new activities and lessons to support their specific retail role. During the pilot, this course received 4.3 five stars and 100% of the participants agreed that they would recommend this training to their co-workers even though the participants experienced some technical challenges with the portals during the pilot. The feedback we received from the course participants included, “Everything is great. Just roll it out sooner for ISMS onboarding"' and “I needed this months ago” and "Very informative" are just some of the comments.
Another example of Serving the Customer First is the work Frankie completed to troubleshoot and identify solutions for Level Up Leaders for center leaders. This course is being used by retail and customer care centers. This course received a 4.9 overall score from >SO participants.
Frankie is leading the video scripts for At Your Service for all of consumer. She is also part of the catalyst leadership program to support the development of her skills as a leader in the business.
She is also a part of the TU Operations centralized Learning Culture team (Valent). She collaborates and assists with the planning of informative discussions around various diversity and inclusion topics. I look for more ways Frankie can help us implement 'How we Connect' into our training. She always Serves the Customer First. -
