The next phase is a layer deeper. It's helping us find problems, fix problems, and maintain our demo environments. It's writing the code that makes demos work - not just the click path. Both can be helpful, but in most of my time as an SE I've demo'd beyond a click path. We want AI to produce fully interactive environments that look and behave like the real thing - but are more reliable, predictable, and cost way less to spin up. #ibc2025 is underway. Lots of Veritone team members showing scaled and compliant data software, workflows, and agentic applications. P&L owners are not being fooled by flashy demos, but at the same time, still don’t have their data in usable form for machines to understand it (from their website, to their audio, video, and text sources of truth.

#Associations often unbundle the various offerings in order to attempt to maximize product revenue. But a member’s time is scarce. Every additional SKU is another approval cycle. Bundling lowers friction, increases perceived value, and creates room to stage upgrades (advanced cohorts, certification prep, etc). - Start with the purpose of the content: “Advance in your role faster” -> “Access to journal + webinar + discount.” - Make it one decision: One price covers community, live learning, resource library, and member-to-member help. - Measure adoption, not clicks: Track recurring participation in live sessions and deeper engagement metrics as your north stars.
